Phil at WA Aircon & Elec Services recently did some electrical and AC work at my home in Mandurah and his service exceeded all my expectations. His pricing is on point, fair and transparent, he is extremely professional and arrived exactly when he said he would, his work is very neat and unlike a lot of others he cleaned up behind himself. His perfectionism, attention to detail and finding the neatest and best solution for us was really appreciated and he ended up finding a much better solution than my original brief. Despite multiple unforeseen challenges and spending much more time and effort than quoted to get the job done right and at an amazing level of quality, he stuck to his quotation which says a lot about his character. Phil was extremely thorough and picked up some issues in our AC that our building and pest inspection didn’t. WA aircon are professionals and if you are looking for someone trustworthy and transparent for any electrical or Airconditioning works, I would highly recommend Phil and his company.

Great service and great communication. They managed to squeeze me in within 2 days of contacting them for a split system service and were very thorough. They also do electrical work, and will be giving them a list of sparky jobs to do around the house soon.

WA Aircon & Electrical Service: I sent a message to Lizzie and Phillip late on Thursday evening 17th April to request that my aircon be serviced. This was after 8pm on a week night. They were extremely accommodating and were able to be at our home at 9am the very next morning. Phillip thoroughly cleaned and serviced the aircon, which we had neglected to maintain, and he did an absolutely brilliant job, showing me along the way how dirty and clogged up the unit was. There was, to my horror, mould in the unit, and I believe this had been the cause of a serious post-nasal drip and cough I have been struggling with for months. Prices are very reasonable: brilliant service. Phillip’s work is sterling, professional, friendly and with very little waiting time; I happily give my highest recommendation to him and Lizzie. Thank you once again to this phenomenal duo who have once again assisted us with urgent work, service, aircon, and electrical certificate.
