His pricing is on point, fair and transparent, he is extremely professional and arrived exactly when he said he would, his work is very neat and unlike a lot of others he cleaned up behind himself. His perfectionism, attention to detail and finding the neatest and best solution for us was really appreciated and he ended up finding a much better solution than my original brief. Despite multiple unforeseen challenges and spending much more time and effort than quoted to get the job done right and at an amazing level of quality, he stuck to his quotation which says a lot about his character. Phil was extremely thorough and picked up some issues in our AC that our building and pest inspection didn’t.
